• Oathplate: “With all of the above in mind, we need to make sure that Oathplate remains in a healthy spot progression-wise, and we can't achieve that with the current drop rates. As such, we've released a hotfix which decreases the drop rates of Yama's uniques (meaning Oathplate pieces and the Soulflame Horn) by around 30%, and increasing the number of Infernal Plates required to create a piece of Oathplate from 7 to 9 (this means a steady influx of Shards that still feels good as a drop, but needing more of them to craft a piece for yourself). This is understandably a pretty notable jump, but prior to this fix the 'time to complete' all uniques at Yama was well south of 60 hours. While we're not saying the Oathplate grind should replicate Torva's 200-300 hour (or more) chase, we do believe this is inappropriately low for armour as strong as Oathplate.”
