The post does a decent job at explaining that any decision needs to be offset by another.
Who knows this? Mod Pips/Phil Mansell does, the numbers people do. CM? Devs? Players?

There’s value in talking to the players about the value of RuneScape and how to add more. But… a full cross-section is needed, a cross section that includes people who don’t have a knee jerk reaction.
Can more people come and buy memberships + whatever replaces TH than what we have now?

Drastically increased the HP of Shooting Stars to assist players mining for the metallic meteorite fragment. Dev Note - Although the initial surge of people mining for the fragment has abated, we plan to maintain this hotfix this week, and revert back to its original values next week to allow players to once again engage with the D&D and fragment as intended.

Fixed an issue with Make-x Smithing that occurred with stackable items, where they would automatically drop to the ground and become unusable objects when attempting to smith.
Fixed an issue where some Primal Armour items could not be repaired with Primal bars on an anvil. Fixed an issue where the Primal 2h Sword +5 required the incorrect amount of bars.
The ingredients used to create the Pickaxe of Life and Death are now always protected on death. Mining at Croesus now gives appropriate XP at levels 100 to 110.
Protean bars and unstable protean bars now give appropriate XP at levels 100 to 110.
Mining and Smithing at the clan citadel now gives appropriate XP at levels 100 to 110. Bonus XP in Mining and Smithing from the clan citadel quartermaster now gives appropriate XP at levels 100 to 110.

Buggy Mush and Mushy Mush now have separate models and are easily differentiated.
