RuneScape Discussion
- Start by talking to the Safecracking trainer in the Thieves guild.
- Requirements: 62 Thieving, 40 Agility, 46 Herblore, and the 4 Thieves guild capers.
- Mechanics
- Safe locations: Misthalin (62), Kharidian Desert (69), Asgarnia (76), Kandarin (83), Hidden (90+): Zemouregal’s fort, Zanaris marketplace, Rogue’s castle
- Thieving: 1-62 (Thieves guild), 62-200m (Safecracking)
- High level (90+ ROTM) attentive: 800k xp/hr (with up to 1m xp/hr with boosts, Ritual of the Mahjarrat completion required), 300k xp/hr AFK.
- 300k xp/hr max at Prifddinas elf Thieving. 800k xp/hr Dwarf traders.
- Opening wilderness safes with Thieving brawlers and using them for the last dial will award 5m xp per glove.
- XP rates at level 62 now exceed a “competent” thief at 99 doing Pyramid Plunder or Monkey Knife Fighters.
- Back of the envelope calculations suggest that it would take roughly 32 hours to get 99 Thieving. 1-62: 10 hours, 62-83: 8 hours, 83-99: 14 hours.
- A safe-non wilderness route: Zemoureagal’s fortress -> Camelot -> Zanaris -> possibly Al-kharid.
- Shane’s route: Zemoureagal’s fortress -> Camelot -> Ardougne Market -> West Ardougne Wall -> Zanaris.
- Rewards:
- 30 hours of Thieving to buy all the upgrades, at level 93 this would grant 16-18m Thieving XP
- Loot bags: expensive and useless, upgrade to medium.
- Master Stethoscope (2500pts): saves 1 inventory spot when stealing from the Rogues’ Den safes or Safecracking. Banks are nearby. Almost useless.
- Master Lockpick (2500pts): Useful for Jiggig coffins and part of Desert Treasure, aside from the few places where lockpicks are required to access.
- Elf clan reset token (200pts): Maximum points per hour reported has been ~400pts. This means it will take a player 30 minutes of safecracking to get a token for a 20 minute activity reset.
- Thieves’ Guild Teletab (10pts): Why… Lodestone right near by and camo outfit has teleport to the guild.
- Shock absorber (10pts): Protects you from one stun while pickpocketing. By comparison the cheeky monkey pet does this for free once a minute. There are also very few pickpocketing spots aside from Elves that are worthwhile at high(er) level. Paladins come to mind.
- Special items: Hand in for 37.5k or 10 Pilfer points.
- Perks: Missing

- Resolved an issue with clan member entries clipping through the bottom of clan interface and clan settings interface.
- Activating the farming skillcape perk or a patch bomb on grape vines should now correctly inform the player how many produce they received
- Renamed Kharazi jungle to Kharazi Jungle.
- Dungeoneering token bags are now redeemed automatically when pickpocketing Meilyr workers.
- Improved legibility on the Meilyr potion recipe shop for potions with multiple effects.
- The 'I don't know' button now appears correctly on Bank Pin interface.
- The letters 'I' and 'B' no longer behave as keybinds when searching for an item to buy in the Grand Exchange.
- Teleporting with the Ectophial will no longer empty it.

- A teleport to Rellekka market has been added as a Fremennik set Elite task reward for the Fremennik sea boots 4.
- The Spin Flax spell no longer requires you to target an item in your inventory to cast.
- Fixed audio crashes that could occur when using USB headphones.
- Windows XP support has been removed from the NXT installer.
- Safe cracking worried -> low key. Coming out without something big in April.
- Built as a mid-level update. Worried about higher level player reactions, similar to Menaphos.
- A nice change of pace from Prif.
- XP being given is on track, will be looked at if it approaches 1.5m xp/hr.
- If someone wants to arrive by helicopter they can probably make it happen.
- Bottle quest
- Dealing with characters that have been in game for a decade+
- Novice quest, no requirements.
- Different way of releasing this quest, will appear on Tuesday May 8.
- Group boss, bring as many as you want. Max number of people that can be brought is 7.

- Rewards: T92 crossbows + other bits under the hood that are still being worked on.
- REEEEEEEE it doesn’t give enough money as Telos!!!
- Leechers shall be punished by harming the team.
- 15 minute boss fight
- It’s a bug and it has to be fixed.
- Removed before Solak.
